Raul debates an empty chair too

Michael Putney's cameras again did a long pan on an empty blue chair -- the one the station says it had hoped Rep. Lincoln Diaz-Balart would sit in. Instead, his Democratic rival, Raul Martinez had the show to himself, accusing the GOP incumbent of smearing him to avoid scrutiny of his own record.

Putney said Diaz-Balart declined the station's repeated requests to appear.
