In DC, Crist faced questions about Senate race

Gov. Charlie Crist wouldn't say who, but acknowledged he got asked whether he was considering a run for the now open U.S. Senate seat, while he was in Washington for the inauguration.
"I told them I was focused on Florida," Crist said.

Crist said he froze but was glad he attended the inauguration.

"It was overwhelming. It was cold. I think I almost got frostbitten on one of my fingers, but fortunately it thawed out," Crist said.

On his high ratings from the recent Q poll. "I'm humbled by it. When you get elected people want to trust that you follow through on things. The numbers, if accurate, show that the people know we're trying and they trust our effort."
