Well isn't funny, I wonder what strings are attached to this Stimulus Package because I heard that Florida didn't even qualify for the Education part of the money. So what does this mean, we are going to get more money to fix the pot-holes, build more prisons, keep Florida beautiful for what? It's a sad state of affairs.
