'World's worst:' Bullard's bestiality bumble

Sen. Larcenia Bullard was just given a "Worst Person in the World" award by MSNBC pundit Keith Olbermann for her confusion over the word "husbandry" in a bestiality ban bill.

 “People are taking these animals as their husbands? What’s husbandry?” she asked. Some senators stifled their laughter as Chairman Charlie Dean explained that husbandry it was the rearing and caring of animals.

Bullard didn’t get it.

“So that maybe have been the reason the lady was so upset about that monkey? Bullard asked, referring to a Connecticut case where a woman’s suburban chimpanzee want mad and was shot.

Larcenia Bullard is a complete idiot and is a prime example of what is wrong with the legislature. This lady just takes up time on the floor talking and talking about non-sense and she has no understanding of any issues. Her constituents are just too dumb to vote for anyone else. They see that name, they know it, and they vote for someone with the equivalent of a 5th grade education. It's a joke and so is she.

A sweet lady who has no clue. Do you remember the provacy hearing where she asked the Lexus-Nexus rep what city his Lexus dealership was in? Or when she wanted bicycles to have tags in case someone flipper her off? Or when someone from the CDC was testyfing about prophylaxis and she asked if the powerpoint slide was of what happened when the sperm got outside the prophylasis? or the time....
