All the elections advocates wanted to do last week was call the latest Republican bill one of the "worst pieces of elecitons' legislation." But the Republicans were running out of time in committee (bringing up a bill at the last minute will do that to you), and so the motion was made to limit debate. And when the advocates got up to talk on the bill, Spring Hill Rep. Rob Schenck made a successful motion to silence them. Here's what he says about it all.
