FL Dems pick outsider to head party

The Florida Democratic Party's new executive director is Scott Arceneaux, a veteran of campaigns in Virginia and Louisiana who worked for former presidential candidate Chris Dodd.

Arceneaux replaces Leonard Joseph, who has been tapped by the Obama administration to serve as chief of staff to the Department of Homeland Security's Office of Policy.
