Gov. Charlie Crist tepidly endorsed the Public Service Commission's push to require Florida Power & Light and Progress Energy to disclose salary data as they push for rate hikes.
"It wouldn’t bother me," Crist said. "I can’t tell you about it, I don’t know much about it. The statement we issued today talks about.. the increase in rates.. I’m opposed to it especially at this time in our economy, people need a break.”
Boy, FPL might be steamed. Its execs gave Crist a mere $26,600 in contributions. And what do they get?
