One more person has applied for suspended Broward School Board member Beverly Gallagher's seat and another for suspended Broward County Commissioner Joe Eggelletion's seat after the two politicians were arrested last week by federal agents in a corruption sting.
Art Kennedy, a black Republican and chief of staff to U.S. Rep. Alcee Hastings, D-Miramar, threw his name in the hat Monday to replace Eggelletion.
Patricia Good, a Democrat who unsuccessfully ran against Gallagher in 2004, filed to replace Gallagher on the School Board.
For those keeping score, that's three applicants for each seat. Two had filed for each seat as of Monday morning.

Oh, goody! More Democrats for Charlie to choose from...~
