State sen. Ted Deutch will hold a press conference today at his Boca Raton home ''to make an important campaign announcement,'' according to a press release sent early this morning.
Deutch is expected to announce that he will run for Robert Wexler's seat in Congress. Will Wexler be there to endorse him?
