Some pointers for Crist's new image maker
Remember when Al Gore's advisors told him to wear more earth tones in the 2000 campaign, hoping that a cozy brown cardigan would make him more likable? In that spirit, what advice would you give the new communications director for Gov. Charlie Crist's U.S. Senate campaign, Andrea Saul?
My memo to Saul -- if all else fails, hire Heather Locklear -- is here.

The best advice for Shucking Chuckles is to quit hiding, stand up, and prove he's a man, if he can, by debating Super Mario.
If he don't or won't, he's toast.

This is all Crist needs to do to turn his career around:
Announce that given the economic troubles of Florida, he feels it is his duty to run for re-election. Then, he needs to turn his FULL attention to the task of bringing Florida out of this mess. He needs to do what is necessary to create jobs, stimulate the economy and bring back the real estate market. He needs to totally focus on these tasks and NO other race until 2013 and THEN run for the US Senate against Nelson in 2014.
If he did those things, he would be a hero.
