DOT calls Atrak threat a bargaining ploy

They are probably mad that DOT is now going to compete with their already existent Rail Service(which nobody rides) from Tampa to Orlando to Miami.

Thanks to the Legislature, now our taxes will have to subsidize Amtrak even more, and pay for new subsidies for all the new rails that the DOT will operate at a loss
