The Public Service Commission today unanimously voted to name a long time staff veteran, Tim Devlin, to be the new head of the agency. He is replacing Mary Andrew Bane who retired in December. Devlin, 58, has been at the PSC since 1976.

Devlin now is director of the Division of Economic Regulation. The two other applicants were Marshall Willis, the assistant director of the Division of Economic Regulation and Beth Salak, director of the Division of Regulatory Analysis.
