Crist heading to RPOF showdown

Gov. Charlie Crist says he'll attend the Republican Party of Florida meeting Saturday where party activists will choose Chairman Jim Greer's replacement.

Does Crist think party turmoil over misused funds will distract from the 2010 elections?

"It is disconcerting to me. I don't know exactly what to make of it all. But what I've heard I don't like," the governor said Friday during a visit to the St. Petersburg tech company Plasma-Therm to highlight job growth.

How "disconcerting" can it be? Jim Greer was Charlie's handpicked Chairman which he twice shoved down our throats??!!

Job growth? Chist on Fox just claimed he has not broken any tax promises. Yeah, if you do not drive he claimed or smoke you do not have to pay the tax. Someone needs to tell him that as a Floridian, I , WAS paying taxes on a house that is no longer 600,000. The TAX DID NOT ADJUST TO HOME PRICE DROP !!!!!It was appraised at 321,000 after four years with Chist we had to abandoned our home, our life style and are living in a 60,000 home that is being taxed as it's original price. OMG!!!!BUSTED AND DISGUSTED. VENICE FLORIDA
