Former Gov. Jeb Bush has quickly acquired a Twitter following of 1,699 (and counting) without a single tweet. Will being followed by Bush become the new status symbol for political junkies? So far, he's following his own Foundation for Florida's Future and Excellence in Education. Of course, the Twitter account will spur a new round of speculation about whether he's angling for the White House in 2012, since tweeting is becoming as essential to campaigns as, well, fundraising.
