Former Gov. Jeb Bush and former U.S. Sen. Connie Mack will be the special guests at a fundraiser for Republican Bill McCollum's campaign for governor on Friday at the Biltmore Hotel in Coral Gables. One of the co-chairmen is Manny Kadre, a Miami attorney who has also given money to McCollum's Democratic rival, Alex Sink.
