What Supreme Court jail order? Justice2Jesus is in Capitol anyway

Yes, you saw correctly, Capitol-goers. That was gadfly Brian Pitts, AKA Justice2Jesus, walking around the Capitol on this opening day of the 2010 session.

The Florida Supreme Court last week ordered Pitts to spend five months in the Pinellas County Jail for practicing law without a license, after the court found Pitts, 38, violated a previous order stemming from 2006 when the Florida Bar filed a petition against him.

But Pitts, says he hasn't seen the order, which does allow him to request another hearing. So for now, he's here in Tallahassee, speaking out against legislation and budget proposals.

So those committee meetings you thought -- hoped -- would be abbreviated? Think again...
