Greer formally files lawsuit against Republican Party

Chairman Jim Greer filed his lawsuit in Seminole County Court at 4:20 p.m. Thursday. It lays out the all the details about his separation agreement previously disclosed by the Times/Herald. Take a look at the complaint here.

His attorney, Damon Chase, said the party could have avoided this. "Instead of settling this, they are fighting," he said. "Get out your Shakespeare books because everybody is dying."
