Rubio finally posts his tax returns

Better late than never? U.S. Senate candidate Marco Rubio missed Monday's deadline to file his personal financial disclosure report and he's been under pressure for months to release his tax returns. He's posted them all here -- except for his 2009 return. His campaign said he asked for an extension.

Gov. Charlie Crist released his tax returns back in March, while U.S. Rep. Kendrick Meek did so earlier this week.

The Herald/Times reported in April that spending of Republican party donations by Rubio and two former top officials from the state party is under review by the IRS.

UPDATE: Campaign says the financial disclosure form was filed BEFORE the deadline, on May 12, but released publicly today.
