Jim DeFede of CBS-4 looked into U.S. Senate candidate Marco Rubio's ties to a Miami chiropractor, Mark Cereceda, heavily involved in lobbying for insurance legislation when he was House Speaker. Rubio sold his West Miami house in an all-cash deal to none other than Cereceda's mother, who lives on the same block as her son.
One salient fact: The sales price was in line with comparable real estate deals at the time.
