State Department releases who has offered to help clean up the spill

After refusing to tell reporters which countries had offered to help the U.S., the State Department last night sent around an email listing them: Canada, France, Croatia, Germany, Ireland, Mexico, The Netherlands, Norway, Romania, Korea, Spain, Sweden and the UK.
