Washington's Cuban "embassy" gets a new look

Capitol Hill Cubans: As Cuban Independence Day drew to a close Thursday, the image of Cuban political prisoner Orlando Zapata Tamayo, who died during an 85-day hunger strike, was projected for 30 minutes on the Cuban Interests Section in Washington.
