Sink: Scott's Medicare fraud will be an issue

Tired of hearing about Rick Scott’s Medicare fraud problem? Well you’ll have to wait until Nov. 3. Alex Sink confirmed she plans to make the $1.7 billion fraud fine an issue in the general election for governor.

“Floridians deserve to know about their candidates’ background and previous experience, and their record,” she said after today’s Cabinet meeting. “There needs to be full disclosure and transparency about experiences and past backgrounds.”

She added: ““I have never been associated with any whiff of a scandal or corruption or cheating the government. The people of Florida need to know about my record and they will.”

Sink’s campaign also released a web ad that mashes up some recent news coverage of Scott's win and Sink's speeches (see below)
