Rick Scott campaigns with another 2010 hopeful: John Thune

After spending the morning in the central Florida towns of Okeechobee and Lake Placid, Republican Rick Scott made a brief appearance at his campaign headquarters in Daytona Beach. The headline of his appearance was U.S. Sen. John Thune, the Republican who defeated former Democratic Sen. Tom Daschle in 2004.

Thune is among the line-up of 2012 potential presidential contenders who want to make good with the electorate in Florida. Scott has also campaigned with Minnesota Gov. Tim Pawlenty and Louisiana Gov. Bobby Jindal.
