Marco Rubio's Senate campaign says it's raised $5 million during the third quarter, eclipsing the $4.5 million fundraising record it set last quarter.
The campaign says it will also report having more than $5.5 million on hand, an increase of more than $1 million from the last quarter. The campaign says it has more than 95,000 donors and that 99 percent have yet to max out to the campaign.
Nobody can but this election including Rubio.
