Allen West's new chief of staff gets some advice from Clay Shaw, Mark Foley

Allen West's unusual choice for chief of staff admits she doesn't have experience on Capitol Hill. But radio talk show host Joyce Kaufman says she got some tips about running the office from former Republican congressmen E. Clay Shaw and Mark Foley.

Many Hill staffers are in their 20s, Kaufman notes, adding "I'm sure it's not something I can't handle."
