As if Republicans needed something else to gloat about now they have this: a growing tussle over who will replace Florida Democratic Party Chairwoman Karen Thurman -- who hasn't even resigned yet.
The chairman of the Miami-Dade Democratic Party, Richard Lydecker, says he has the blessing of the highest ranking Democrat in Florida, Sen. Bill Nelson.
But some Democrats are grumbling about Lydecker's occasional contributions to Republican candidates -- including a donation to incoming CFO Jeff Atwater shortly before becoming Miami-Dade chair last year. And another foe has filed a complaint against Lydecker with the state party, which can be read here: Download Miami-Dade Grievance, Richard Lydecker
