Video: Haridopolos on why he talked legis policy with new gov during football game

On the same day he took down his office door, as a symbol of his open-door policy, Senate President Mike Haridopolos defended his discussion of Tuesday's special session with Gov.-elect Rick Scott -- at the Florida State University football game on Saturday. (FSU defeated Clemson 16-13 after a last-second field goal.)

Haridopolos said Scott asked him not to take up HB 5611, which would have placed the Department of Management Services under the governor and Cabinet, taking it away from the exclusive control of the incoming governor.
