Florida's Shark Tank takes CPAC blogger of the year

Florida's Javier Manjarres, who runs The Shark Tank, won the 2011 CPAC blogger of the year, giving Rush Limbaugh a nod for inspiring him to get started. He noted success in Florida in 2010 with electing Marco Rubio and Allen West -- "the next big fight is going to be 2012 and defeating President Barack Obama and his liberal agenda."
