Mitt Romney's "Free and Strong America PAC" says its hired Andrea Saul, a veteran of Republican campaigns, as a communications adviser.
The press release notes that Saul most recently served as Press Secretary for Carly Fiorina’s U.S. Senate race in California. Prior to the 2010 cycle, she worked as top communications aide to Sen. Orrin Hatch (R-Utah). During the 2008 election, Saul was Director of Media Affairs for McCain-Palin, responsible for organizing television, radio and surrogate activity. She also held a similar position at the Republican National Committee.
It also notes Saul "briefly served as Communications Director for Gov. Charlie Crist during his recent U.S. Senate run but resigned upon his decision to switch party affiliation."
