Florida Gov. Rick Scott will be in the audience for President Barack Obama's first Gridiron Dinner Saturday night.
Unfortunately, there won't be any footage of the event. Though C-Span asked the organizers to televise the president's first trip to the dinner, Gridiron president Susan Page of USA Today said no. Twittering is allowed.
The famed annual event features journalists spoofing politicians. Fellow Republican Gov. Mitch Daniels of Indiana -- who is considering a run for the presidency -- will be the Republican speaker for the event.
