Rick Scott pollster finds marijuana very popular in Florida

Weed Tony Fabrizio, Gov. Rick Scott's campaign guru and current advisor, polled the issue of legalizing marijuana in Florida and found that nearly 6 in 10 -- almost enough to pass a state Constitutional amendment.

But don't expect a campaign. One inside source who was agitating for a campaign said there aren't enough money interests who'd be willing to back a ballot initiative. So the ill children of God Ja Ras Tafari will still be persecuted by Babylon system if they feel the need to toke.

Also, the poll numbers aren't strong enough, says Fabrizio. Only 57 percent support while 38 oppose.

"To kill a ballot measure, you need 40 percent plus 1. So the 'No' side is closer to winning than the 'Yes' side," said Fabrizio. Democrats favor legalizing by a 67-28 spread. Independents: 63-35. Republicans are the only no group, with 44 in favor and 52 percent against.

From The New Times

A total of 800 voters in the poll, which was leaked to the Pulp, were asked the question: "If there was a Constitutional Amendment on the statewide ballot to legalize the use of marijuana for medicinal purposes only when prescribed by a practicing physician and the election were held today, would you vote YES to legalize marijuana for medicinal purposes or NO to stop it?"

'If people let the government decide what foods they eat and what medicines they take, their bodies will soon be in as sorry a state as are the souls of those who live under tyranny.' ~Thomas Jefferson.

Governor Rick Scott is certainly on the right track by looking into the medical benefits of marijuana, they are well documented and numerous for ailments ranging from very mild to severe. Marijuana has proven to be both safe and effective for an almost innumerable list of ailments. Because of marijuana being safer than virtually every Rx or over the counter medication on the market, the potential benefits from this low cost, (virtually free if you grow your own) medicine is almost endless. Criminalizing possession, use and sale of this natural plant is nothing short of a criminal act by tyrants seeking to oppress We The People and to promote the profits of crooked corporations that buy many crooked politicians and through their financial support, keep them in office.

If you doubt marijuana is good medicine read Granny Storm Crow’s List: http://forum.grasscity.com/medical-marijuana/436257-granny-storm-crows-list-july-2009-a.html It’s more like a library than a list!

Our new Governor would also be very wise to look into the GREEN job producing potential of marijuana/hemp/cannabis. In addition to its benefits as medicine and marijuana being about as safe of a recreational drug as anyone could ever ask for, this amazing plant can also produce fuel, paper, fabric, building materials and over 50,000 superior and more environmentally friendly products than products in use today. The two articles and the free online book linked below go into much more detail about this truly amazing God given plant. There is almost no doubt that after you read them, you will much better understand why marijuana prohibition has been so fiercely promoted by certain major corporations that fear competition from this natural GREEN plant.

No matter where you stand on the issue of legalizing marijuana everyone should read:
MARIJUANA AND HEMP THE UNTOLD STORY, Thomas J. Bouril, WHY IS MARIJUANA ILLEGAL, Pete Guither and the free online book: The Emperor Wears No Clothes, The Authoritative Historical Record of Cannabis and The Conspiracy Against Marijuana. Click the links to those titles on this webpage:

If you think marijuana prohibition has anything to do with the imaginary, false, fabricated, alleged harms from using marijuana as a recreational drug, YOU HAVE BEEN DUPED!

Mass marches seem to get Government attention a lot better than when We The People send email, make phone calls or even make appointments to meet with our elected public servants. Protest marches seem to say “hey, we’re serious about this” in the most effective way. A wise man told me long ago to: “do what works”. If we do it right, peaceful demonstrations can be a lot of fun too. So, what do you think? Will “boots on the ground” from the Constitutionally supported opposition to the “war on drugs”, (which is really a violent vicious illegal war against nonviolent citizens and a war on everyone’s Constitutional rights and freedom) end this violent unconstitutional war once and for all? Anyone interested in taking strong peaceful patriotic action and keeping it up until we win? I’m sure the news media will cover these events if we get enough people to show up.

How Governor Scott responds to our call for Constitutional Government will certainly expose his position on Constitutional Government. Whether or not you’re willing to participate will certainly define your patriotic values too. So, are you going to do something or just stand there and bleed? Are you a patriot or are you a slave, willing to conform to any legislation written, regardless of its Constitutionality?

This is not about the right to use a drug or even the right to grow and/or sell a natural God given plant. This is all about demanding to be governed by the text of the supreme law of the land rather than continuing to be ruled over by unconstitutional tyrants doing the bidding of crooked corporations.

Rick Scott is the poster boy for big pharma... We killed any chance of this making to the ballot when you elected him into office!
