Senate won't hear immigration bill until Tuesday

"We'll be handling that bill in full tomorrow," Senate President Mike Haridopolos said on the Senate floor Monday afternoon. "We want to make sure the language is correct."

The changes to SB 2040 are "very, very technical," Haridopolos said, adding that he had spoken to Sen. Nan Rich, a Weston Democrat and minority leader, about holding off on the debate until Tuesday.
