Voters will head to the polls Tuesday to elect a mayor for Miami-Dade County. May’s election narrowed the field of eleven candidates down to Carlos Gimenez and Julio Robaina. Each campaigned on rolling back the property tax increase that led voters to recall Mayor Carlos Alvarez in March.
