Luther Campbell backed Julio Robaina Thursday for mayor of Miami-Dade. It was an eyebrow-raising move from Campbell, who last month accused Robaina of paying off candidates to jump in the race and divide the black vote. (Robaina dismissed the suggestion, as did the two candidates in question.)
