Gov. Rick Scott has signed his second death warrant, this one for Oba Chandler, who killed Ohio mom Joan Rogers and her daughters, Michelle and Christe, and tossed their bodies in Tampa Bay in 1989.
Chandler's execution is scheduled for 4 p.m. on Nov. 15.
St. Petersburg Times alum Thomas French won the Pulitzer Prize in 1998 for his series on the deaths, Angels & Demons.
