Attorney General Pam Bondi to announce opposition to casinos

Republican Attorney General Pam Bondi will join No Casinos at a noon press conference to oppose the destination resort legislation that is running into increased opposition in the Florida Legislature.

She joins the list of big wigs in the cause. Former Governor and U.S. Sen. Bob Graham opposes the effort. Also on the casino-opposition band wagon are former Republican House speakers Allan Bense, and Larry Cretul and former Sen. Dan Gelber, who lost to Bondi in the AG race in 2010.
