Scott gets his wish on teachers' knowledge center

When Gov. Rick Scott promised to create a knowledge center for teachers he didn't have to do much: the Legislature approved creating one in 2009 and the state hired a vendor in 2010 before Scott took office. But the website was launched while he was in office earning him a Promise Kept from PolitiFact's Scott-O-Meter.
