Proof Gingrich's Bain attacks threaten Romney in job-loss state FL: 2 Bain defense ads running here

Conservative critics have hammered Newt Gingrich for attacking Mitt Romney's time as a venture capitalist at Bain Capital, which made money on occasion by downsizing companies and therefore laying people off.

But Gingrich's message could have resonance in Florida, where the unemployment rate is higher than the national average and the "bitter politics of envy" -- a Romney line -- could find fertile soil.

It's certainly a worry to the Romney campaign and the pro-Romney SuperPac Restore Our Future. The PAC is running a 30-second spot called "Desperate" that defends Romney's record and attacks Gingrich. The spot is running in Tampa, where a tipster spied it. Until now, the ad was just running in South Carolina.

Romney's campaign is running this spot in Tampa as well

Here's the ad from the pro-Gingrich PAC, Winning Our Future, that whacks Romney's time at Bain. It's not running in Florida. Yet. Here's a trailer of a 28-minute video from the PAC, which Gingrich has actually criticized because it has inaccuracies.

1. Newt's consulting company was free enterprise in action, and not lobbying. 2. Closing a company, putting people out of work, while taking a huge profit, is legal, but shows little compassion.

Don't expect democracy to prevail. Unelected officials have taken over Washington and are orchestrating the daily news. 99% of the comments and replies you're reading online come from an NSA software program spamming the internet. Comments are created before the stories are ever reported. The oldest, first, highest, best, and most popular rated comments are all propaganda. They are conducting Psy-ops (psychological operations) for domestic spying. They have 1000's of handles and are determined to bury the truth and attack anyone leaking it.

Our next election is shaping up to be as big of a sham as the last. Do you know why Sarah Palin's bus tour was really canceled? Do you know why she stayed 30 miles away from the second debate and chose the death of Steve Jobs to announce that she's not running? Know what leaked out? Sarah Palin and Cain aren't in the race for the same reason, the truth leaked out.

So, Did Romney create 100,000 jobs, or not":

"...threevrecent reports by the Los Angeles Times, the Associated Press and Fact Check.org...say that the Romney campaign has yet to offer convincing proof to back up the claim."

From Think Progress: The 100,000 created claim comes from the growth of jobs from three companied, Staples, Sports Authority and Dominos. The tally does not include job losse from other companies with which Bain Capital was involved and are based on current employment figures, not the period when Romney worked at Bain.

Mitt Romney is not a free enterprise capitalist. Free enterprise capitalists don't go after gov't subsidies and orporate welfare.

Romney has criticized the bail out of GM and Chrysler, but he supported TARP and other subsidies for his own company. Why the inconsistency? The bail outs of GM and Chrysler mostly benefited working class people. TARP and other Republican backed corporate welfare programs benefit Romney's rich friends. Both political parties are an anathema (a curse) on the USA.

The merits of Private Equity are unquestioned. The debate brought by Speaker Gingrich in S.C. was not in any way an indictment of the forces of capitalism. Romney & surrogates have used that as shield vs. any legit questions about this man's business judgment, character, morality & track record. It is similar to the front that the Romney Campaign has used when presented with legitimate questions about his role as a 'high priest' in the Utah based LDS Mormon Cult, which was founded by a 19th Century Convicted Con-man and fraudster, Joseph Smith.

The 'Bain Way' involving Private Equity with Bain Consulting have resulted often in the drainage of going concern's cash flow, dishonest and predatory negotiation tactics. This has made Bain a company that semi-solvent companies prefer not to deal with. Having worked in the turnaround sphere, I know that Bain Capital was formed as an adjunct to Bain Consulting which provides a host of 'House of Lies' Turnaround services, the merits of and the use of in certain circumstances can be considered highly vulturous of a going concern's cash flow and otherwise contribute to the premature collapse of a viable company.
