Ann Coulter: Jeb Bush would be "embarrassing to the Republican Party"

Politico: Conservative commentator Ann Coulter predicted on Sunday that Jeb Bush was throwing his hat into the ring in hopes of being chosen the Republican nominee, but had harsh criticism for that prospect.

"It looks like we can throw Jeb Bush's hat into the ring, along with Sarah Palin, as hoping to be chosen as the nominee after a contested convention," Coulter said on "Fox News Sunday.".

Coulter was reacting to comments Bush made earlier on in the week, when he said that the Republican presidential candidates are "appealing to people's fears."

The conservative author, who is supporting former Massachusetts Gov. Mitt Romney, said that a Jeb Bush candidacy would be a disaster.

"I think on closer examination, Jeb Bush would be the worst of all candidates to run, for one thing," said Coulter. "We don't need another Bush.  That would be embarrassing to the Republican Party."

"He's more pro amnesty for illegals than his brother was, more than Rick Perry was," she added. ...

To quote a great American, " . . . to judge a man by the content of his character, rather than the color of his skin . . . " Could "color of his skin" mean, also, "ancestry."

Ha! In short, Jeb doesn't hate enough to suit this new Republican Party.

Terrific, Little orFanAnnie is right! Ann Coulter now dances at Club "Dream Girls" where Dave Goldstein is D.J. She is just a BUSH Wacker.

The Bush machine is powerful in Florida. It gets it's way in the legislature. It gets it's way in the elections. The Bush Machine is responsible for the current Governor. That alone should disqualify Bush for a higher position. His Values Judgement is obviously flawed.
Bush has turned the Florida State government in to a money making machine for the Bush family. Both the primary publishing company furnishing school books to the Internet based classroom company qualified by statute, to serve Florida's children, have a high degree of Bush participation. Jeb WILL get rich from either one.

I was unhappy that the "wrong" Bush got into the White House. Jeb is actually a reasonable guy and was a good governor for Florida. But USA may not be ready for another Bush.

Coulter, Beck and Limbaugh have made an industry in promoting hate and fears in the hearts of the conservatives in this country and they are one of the main reasons we have this current lot of candidates promoting the most regressive ideas with the most outrageous statements.

I am a Republican that is ashamed of my party leaders. It is sad to think that Reagan and T Rooselvelt would be consider "too liberal" for today's Republican party

Jeb is a crook and a bum.
Brother Dubya cooked the goose for any other bushes.
bye bye Jebby!

If Anne Coulter had found herself in a certain bunker in Berlin in 1945, she would have been in a constant cat fight with Eva Braun over the affections of Adolf Hitler. Who cares what she thinks.
