As Gov. Rick Scott raises about $1 million a month in his political committee, the Republican Party of Florida is already releasing its second TV spot. Scott doesn't face re-election for another two years. The last ad pumped up Scott's bonafides over the economy. This one is all about education -- the $1.4 billion cutting of which last year helped cause Scott's approval ratings to plummet. Now, he's re-filling the schools coffers. The Legislature at his urging this year put $1 billion back in.
