At Citizens Property Insurance Corp., a corporate culture plagued by inter-office scandals, sexual impropriety, lavish spending, alleged cover-ups and big severance checks for disgraced employees has simmered under the radar for years, according to hundreds of internal documents obtained by the Herald/Times.
The corporate cauldron of misconduct boiled over this year when internal investigators tracked the trail of scandal up to the highest levels of the company, drafting a scathing 73-page report that highlights a laundry list of improprieties.
Last month, the investigators were terminated, their report was gutted, and Citizens’ Office of Corporate Integrity was abruptly shut down.

It's really quite simple ... Citizens is a socialist enterprise, and accordingly these quasi-government bureaucrats, like good old apparatchiks of the Soviet style, misuse their position to extort money from the people, while misbehaving badly in their personal lives.
The Citizens' bureaucrats answer to no one, like the old bosses of the Soviet system ... not to shareholders, not to voters, not even to the legislature or Governor, at the end of the day.
That is the essential problem.

Sup, it's very interesting that the Soviet management style you attack is the brain child of decades of Republican domination of the office of the governor and the Florida legislature. I didn't know until you pointed it out that they were such dedicated Marxists. While you're busy hating the government maybe you should try to figure out just who has been running it. Or maybe that wouldn't be your cup of Tea.
