We regret to inform you of the passing of former Senator Larcenia J. Bullard on March 16, 2013, at the age of 65. Senator Bullard represented Senate District 39 from 2002-2012 and served in the House of Representatives from 1992-2000.
Senator Bullard is survived by her husband, former Representative Edward Bullard; children Senator Dwight Bullard, Vincent, and Edwina Simms; and 4 grandchildren.
On Friday, March 22, 2013, an Omega Omega service is scheduled to be held at 5:00 p.m., followed by a litany service at 7:00 p.m. Both services will take place at:
