For Crist's 57th, a special GOP birthday wish

FLGOP_Crist_Birthday_1pgr_v4

Charlie Crist turns 57 Wednesday.

The former Republican governor and possible Democratic candidate for governor in 2014 is sure to get birthday wishes from near and far, and of course the Republican Party of Florida, Crist's No. 1 nemesis, can't let the moment pass without sending along its wishes in the form of a cut-and-paste card that's a homemade mix of dour headlines from his four-year term in office.

This Hallmark moment includes "Jobless rate
keeps climbing," "Home sales keep sliding," "Misery goes on for South Florida sellers," and the icing on the cake is that memorable image from the birthday party that was thrown for Crist by Scott Rothstein, the disgraced Fort Lauderdale lawyer and fund-raiser who ended up going to
prison.

Clearly they spend a lot of time at GOP headquarters plotting their next move on Crist, and just think: There's only 468 days until the 2014 general election.

The GOP are bullies and they make me like Crist even more. It's obvious to everyone that these are made up.

If Crist becomes our next Governor it will be thanks to the RPOF...they have kept him relevant over the last two years. Attacking someone on their birthday (especially an unannounced candidate) is classless.

I'd vote for a dead dog before I vote for Rick Scott again. I'm voting for Charlie or anyone but Scott.
