The homeless squatters who built Umoja Village, a collection of wood and cardboard shacks on NW 62nd Street in Liberty City, are without shelter after the encampment burned to the ground when a candle set a hut on fire. City of Miami police arrested a dozen people who refused to leave the property Thursday.
