eMarketer.com released a story today that's caused quite a bit of chatter on Twitter that projects Twitter usage will surpass 18 million people using the site at least once a month by the end of the year. If true, that would be a huge increase over the year - but still adds up to just about 11 percent of all adult Internet users.
