Keeping up with the Oscars

AMC Theaters will screen all of this year's Best Picture nominees during a single-day marathon on Saturday Feb. 24, the day before the 79th Academy Awards are handed out. Participating AMC theaters in Miami will be the CocoWalk and Aventura 24.

For the price of a $30 ticket, you'll get to see Babel (11 a.m.), The Queen (1:45 p.m.), The Departed (3:45 p.m.), Letters From Iwo Jima (7 p.m.) and Little Miss Sunshine (9:45 p.m.). Your ticket includes a free large popcorn and soft drink, plus unlimited refills all day long! Tickets are available at the theater boxoffice or at amctheatres.com

That's a terrible deal! I see five films every time I go to the movies, too, but it only costs me the price of a single $7 ticket. And a sore butt.
