Packing for a road trip

How do you pack for a road trip? Here are some good ideas I found on long-time travel guru Arthur Frommer’s Web site: Duffel bags are easier to squeeze into a crowded trunk than hard-sided suitcases; put the clothes you’re going to wear at the end of your trip in a separate bag that you won’t have to carry into your hotel every night; if you’re hauling along a collection of electronics, consider getting a universal car charger with different connectors.
