OJ Atogwe (29 in June) FS of the Rams makes sense.
The Rams safety is a restricted free agent but he was given the lowest tender possible, which means there is no draft compensation. There has to be some concern because Atogwe's 2009 season ended after right shoulder surgery.
Atogwe numbers look like this - About 5 tackles per game. Career: 2 sacks, 18 interceptions, 14 forced fumbles.
Not bad I think.
