Zipcar and Buzzcar founder Robin Chase to speak at Start-Up City: Miami

Robin Chase, co-founder of Zipcar and founder and current CEO of Buzzcar, the peer-to-peer carsharing network, will join the speaker lineup of Wednesday's Start-Up City: Miami at the New World Center in Miami Beach, organizers announced Tuesday.

StartupcityuntitledProduced by The Atlantic and The Atlantic Cities in partnership with The Knight Foundation and led by urban affiars expert Richard Florida, Start-Up City: Miami will feature top national and local voices from the tech, design, urban planning and start-up communities and will explore how to attract tech, talent, and innovation to Miami.  About 600 people are expected.

Registration is now at capacity and closed, but event programming will be live-streamed at http://events.theatlantic.com/start-up-city-miami/2013/. Join the conversation via Twitter using #StartUpMiami. Local watch parties include one at FIU’s College of Business Complex, Room 240, 11200 SW 8th St., from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
