TigerDirect.com announced plans today for its second annual Miami Tech Summit and Holiday Bash. TigerDirect, a retailer specializing in consumer electronics, technology products and computer services, and Intel will host an evening showcasing the latest and greatest in emerging technology and interactive entertainment at Marlins Park on Nov. 7.
Capitalizing on the success of last year’s event, with over 4,000 attendees and special celebrity appearances by Anna Kendrick, Reggie Bush and Ryan Tannehill, TigerDirect and Intel chose to double down with Marlins Park. The Miami Tech Summit and Holiday Bash will allow vendors to announce new products and do pre-release demonstrations for an anticipated 10,000 attendees. The event will take full advantage of Marlins Park’s space, including its high-tech score boards and LED screens. The concourse surrounding the field will feature over 100 vendors, each showcasing new products and services.
Participating exhibitors include Intel, Western Digital, Alienware, HP, Kingston, Microsoft, Seagate, Patriot, SMS Audio, ASUS, Discount Laptop Shop, Centon, CoolerMaster, Sony (VAIO), eBay, Tripplite, Epson, Thermaltake, TCL (TTE), Swann, Planar, PayPal, Night Owl, LG, Belkin/Linksys, AT&T Wireless, United Stationaries, NZXT / iBuyPower, Kensington, Autodesk, Squaretrade, Verbatim, XFX, Viewsonic, TrendMicro, Sandisk, MSI, EVGA, OCZ, Drobo and Actiontech. The first 5,000 consumers and first 1,000 business customers will receive a complimentary “swag bag” from TigerDirect.
